What's the secret?
How can tobacco from the same country have such different results in the end product (cigars)?
Taking Nicaragua for example, how come Don Pepin Garcia can produce such phenomenal smokes while plenty of others that were there before, and still are can't produce a product of the same quality? Also, how come some growers - the Oliva Family for example - can consistently grow tobacco that outshines the competition. This is interesting as, I've found out that numerous smokes I like a lot (Padilla Habano for one) are made with Oliva tobacco? |
