My next two Pork Tenderloin experiments

Since Monday and Tuesday will be grilling weather here are my plans...

Monday: stuffed tenderloin (Spinach , Apple and red onion ) , with a Soy Pineapple Glaze...

Not sure of vegetables yet , maybe Asparagus with a lemon/butter sauce...

Tuesday: Teriyaki marinated tenderloin Sliders , topped with a pineapple coleslaw

Vegetables .... no clue , that I will figure out when I go to store , maybe sugar snap peas , if , they have them , if not maybe a Brussels sprouts with bacon , should go good with the pineapple slaw...
