Pretty fun time was had all around. Thanks for setting it up Boxdoc! Can't wait to have one at your place. Despite all the talk of everyone else imbibing, I ended up being the only lush to show up with his own handle of rum.

Never one to feel awkward in social situations I didn't care that no one else was drinking - I went ahead and started working on the bottle all by my lonesome.

Jere (Kockroach) was nice enough to buy us all lunch even though he had met us all for the first time that day. I think he's going to be a great addition to CW.

A friend of mine John from Metro Cigars up here in Milwaukee made it down too. It was his first time meeting anyone from CW besides myself. He didn't get much chance to sit and chat with us all since there were some shop regulars taking up most of the seats, but he still said he had a great time hanging out there.

I picked up 3 of the worst-looking cigars I could find in the store. The rule was that if I paid for them, we all had to smoke them. These were from the $2.95 bin:

Thanx for the pics Rich and Iam sorry I had to cut out a bit early but we,ll do another one in Spring and I,ll do Docs Deck in summer. Andy would have brought a few bottles of rum and Rocco always brings Port so... next time ; for more " adult " beverages !!

Sounds good! One of the guys that showed up (John) works at the local B&M in my area, Metro Cigars. It's a GREAT place with a very nice selection. John has invited us to herf there sometime. Plus it's a much shorter drive than all the other herfs I've been going to.
