I was told that I needed to install i tunes on my desktop in order to burn cds.

After that I could transfer to my iphone 6splus. I was able to add i tunes on my computer, but I need to add the app to my phone as well correct?

There are so many choices I am not sure which one to choose.

I would really like to be able to get music from you tube but I don't know if it is legal.

I was streaming music when I walked the dog and yall probably know it uses a great deal of data.

I believe that's correct. I don't have an iPhone, but you need some type of player. If you're using iTunes, then you need an iTunes player.

I added it to both the phone and the computer. I am so illerate and technically challenged. I still cannot figure out how to download or transfer from the computer to the iphone.
