Eggs Redneck

Split buttermilk biscuit, bacon, 2 fried eggs either over easy or sunny side up, smothered in white sausage gravy. Can sub ham for the bacon or a split and toasted English muffin for the biscuit.

Hearty and satisfying.

That is just a regular breakfast. Making it redneck would be drinking a beer while eating it.

NOT KETO friendly... 3 sausage patties and 3 fried eggs over medium, and a beer.

It's better if you use keto-friendly English muffins and don't eat anything else that day.
