Kristoff
I was recently gifted one of these beauties from Bassdude. Besides being a beautifully thick, leathery, oily cigar it had a really cool band. It tasted absolutely amazing - probably one of the best cigars I've had in the last 6 months. Evidently they're new. Anyone else tried these yet?

Never heard of them. Sounds good from your description.

They are all over the local B+Ms here. They can't keep 'em in stock. My friend bought one the other day. I will have to follow suit I guess.

I've never had one but they rave over them on the Dogwatch podcast. I've never seen them in a store, but I know you can buy them at fullerspullers.com.

It's not a new Brand.
But it is a new Blend. I have had several of the older(or earlier) units. They were unremarkable. How about a full on review, of this New Blend? cheers slack

Did I send you the maduro or the criollo?
I have not tried the criollo yet. Kristoff is made with double fermented tobaccos from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. Criollo wrapper on the natural or Brazilian wrapper on the Maduro with an unfinished foot. I'd call it medium and was not prepared to do a review either. The cigar I sent was received by the B&M the day I bought it so whatever aging the manufacturer used is all it had.

It had a dark green band, but did not taste criollo at all. Do they have different band colors? I may have to do a trade with you to get a few of their different types so I can try them out.
