RIP Oderous
It was reported yesterday that Dave Brockie, the lead singer of GWAR and only original member still in the band, passed at 50. No autopsy report yet, but I'm willing to bet it was probably his heart giving out after too much hard living.
Love them or hate them, GWAR has provided some of the most hysterical clips on "mainstream" TV. Especially on Jerry Springer and Joan Rivers; plus Brockie regularly assumed the Oderus Urungus costume/persona for a FoxNews segment. Search GWAR on youtube and you'll see what I mean.
