I'm feelin' lucky (and I know better)
Last I heard, the line on the Eagles/Saints game was Eagles by 5.
I'll give you the Eagles by 5 and take the Saints for a fiver. If the Eagles win by 5 or more, you get a 5'er from me. Saints win or Eagles don't cover the 5 point spread (meaning they win by fewer than 5 points), and you send me a 5'er. First Philly fan that posts here gets it.

What can I say...I'm an underdog fan.
Worst nightmare? Seahawks/Saints for the NFC championship. Before I moved to NOLA and became a Saints fan, I rooted for the Seahawks.

You sure about this? On Smokinactuary's thread, he's giving 5 points to the Eagles. Has the line jumped that much on this game?

As I understand it, he's giving them a win by 5.5 points. I'm giving them a win by 5.
If you take the 0.5 points as wiggle room for them to win by 6...then maybe either you aren't willing to take the points or maybe I'm so full of shit I don't understand the bet. I admit my ignorance. I'm only trying to support my team as the underdog in a friendly wager. Nothing more, nothing less. I completely (based on past history) expect to send somebody five Habanos at the end of this bet. I've never bet on a pro line (or even on a college line) before. I'm not a gambler by any stretch...just want to support my team (Saints) and put something on the line to make the rooting a little more intense. All I want is a shot at the Bears next week so I can get my uncle into a bet for a six-pack of Leinenkugel as opposed to a six-pack of Turbodog.

Eagles are +5. They are the underdog.

Oh, and the Seahawks need to beat the Bears so we get another game in the dome.

Well, then I am a complete idiot and not a gambler.
Forget it.
