What are you cooking for Super Bowl Sunday?
We are cooking Mexican style carne asada fajitas, honey bbq and traditional hot wings but using chicken legs, hot dog station with all the fixings, homemade corn tortillas, Mexican style rice and beans. The usual snacks include chips and salsa, guacamole, potato chips and onion dip.
GO LA RAMS.

We aren't having anyone over this year, so it's just simple Sri rachaa chicken wings and some satay pork skewers I started marinating Wednesday. Still looking for a peanut sauce that doesn't have a bunch of fish sauce in it, but it shouldn't take more than a few cookbooks before I find one I'm comfortable altering.
When I was in New Orleans, Superbowl Sunday was second only to the camp herf in terms of parties. Had a sizable deck French glass doors and outdoor speakers if one wanted to watch that way and I'd lug a big (for the time) TV out there too.

Will be smoking pork butt and pork belly. We'll take the butt to our friends party and keeping the belly for ourselves. The belly will get cubed before hitting the smoker. Really like using my Green Mountain pellet grill/smoker. Granted not as smokey as the Oklahoma Joe but less work and more exacting.

Got a couple racks of baby backs that need using. Not much else.
For once, it looks to be a good matchup.
