From a third party site:

"This brand was developed in the mid-1990's by Robert Levin of Ashton Cigar fame together with Frank Llaneza of Villazon [makers of Hoyo de Monterrey and Punch]. The brand made its debut in 1997. The availability was limited and remained on the market for just 18 months.

The cigar had a tasty Ecuadorian sun-grown Sumatra-seed wrapper and a rich Connecticut Broadleaf binder. The filler was a blend of fine Honduran leaf. Having aged for ten years, this cigar has matured very nicely. It is medium-bodied with a subtle natural flavor that remains to the very end. The even burn and the cigar's ability to hold a long ash reflects its quality workmanship."
