The No Name Holiday Weekend
So for the first time in for ever I've taken a week of vacation and just stayed home. So lots of time to putter around the house and yard, organize stuff, clear out stuff, etc.
In doing so I go through a stack of desktops stacked up in one of my closets. I knew that one was full of cutters, lighters, himidicarion devises, etc from over the years, but much to my surprise one was about half full with some La Luba hand rolled cigars that Gael did for me when I visited him probably around 1999 and also some little Villa y Villa cigars with what are now dark brown cello. Fortunately the beads have kept everything at perfect conditions (it's been at least a decade since I looked at these) Smoking one of the la Luna's right now and it is a very pleasant smoke. So I'm dedicating this week's lineup to the above two cigars plus some Connie 84's that are at least that old, and I may smoke the last of my old Oliva's with the red cloth band. Kind of fun to find these surprises.
