Astros pitchers blank the Yanks

Tonight, the New York Yankees were no-hit by the Houston Astros in Yankee Stadium. How about that, it took six pitchers to do it. A number of them are homegrown, came through the New Orleans Zephyrs--Roy Oswalt started, he's been hurt, and he hurt his groin; he had to come out of the game. Kirk Saarloos has bounced between here and there all year.
Peter Munro was here last year. Brad Lidge was here last year. Octavio Dotel and Billy Wagner finished off the game, Dotel striking out four in the eigth inning.

To recap:
  • Roy Oswalt--the starter
    Kirk Saarloos
    Peter Munro
    Brad Lidge (W)
    Octavio Dotel
    Billy Wagner

Nice move by the Yankers to put a bottle of champagne in each of these guys' locker before they ever got back in the club house.
