How did you start watching hockey?

I have you all beat. I grew up in Houston and was a diehard Aeros fan. Gordie and his two sons Martie and Mark played. Gordie must have been in his late 40's by then, and these newbie hotshots would try to rough him up. Before the game was over he had checked somebody so hard that they were taken out of the game. I have never seen anyone check harder before or sense. Those were some great games, and I was sorry that Houston did not make it in the merger.
And thanks to minnesota, eh, we now have the best team in hockey to watch, the Dallas Stars BABY!!
