Prince pocket torch for how much?
I've been looking for a Prince (Blazer) pocket torch lighter to replace my two nine year old lighters. Both are starting to be problematic and are falling apart. The cheapest I have found on the internet is $34.95!
![]() ![]() WTF, they couldn't have gone up in price that much. I thought I could find one for $10 to $15 buckeroos! Anyone know of a place with a better price, or suggest another brand of inexpensive, dependable lighter? I really don't want to carry matches around in a Skoal can or have a bbq longneck lighter hanging out of my back pocket! ![]()

$29 here, but I don't know what shipping would set you back. I got mine here @ 2/$50, but the price is up to 2/$60 now. HERE is a Blazer PB-207 for less than $31. HERE is a Blazer PB-207 for less than $32. I could go on, but I think it's clear that $10-15 is far less than the going rate these days.

The other change, besides price, has been a huge decrease in quality, at least in my and my friends' experience. Their quality control seems to have gone to hell. They crap out quickly or don't even work right FOTB. JME, YMMV.

I'll let you in on a little secret. When you can find them, Walmart sells a Ronson Butane jet lighter for $2.89. I buy them out when I see them. I've had many that lasted longer than the Colibris I own that are now laying in my drawer because they won't light anymore. More trouble than it's worth sending them in for repair. When the Ronson does give up the ghost I just toss it and grab a new one. It's like a refillable BIC lighter but with a great jet flame. Shhh...now don't tell anyone else.

Be warned: their finishes aren't exactly rugged, though. And their fuel capacity isn't exactly huge. But big bang for the buck.

I love the Prince Pocket Torch, but word got out and the $19 I found them for is gone for now. I originally did buy mine from Next Cigar as well.
