Could be a #30
It appears to be a lighter colored Maduro, so possibly a Colorado maduro, as they seem to be a little lighter for maduros, but I'm far from an expert on identifying wrapper leaf.

#30 is what most people have suggested on various forums I posted this on, and it is the closest, so that's how I have it entered in my inventory app currently.

Some have also suggested that it could be a discontinued vitola, as i was gifted it in a bomb and have no idea of its age, and there is unfortunately nothing like cubancigarwebsite.com for nc's to see discontinued items.

Would be great if there was an equivalent for nc's.

I'm pretty confident on the 7x42 measurement as the length is an exact match when compared to multiple known 7" Cigars and the rg matches exactly with several known 42rg Cigars, and with Cigar Aficionado's app for measuring rg's.

As is typical , the foot isn't perfectly round, so it could be a little bit larger than 42, its hard to say. Definitely not bigger than 44 rg though.

Not a big deal, just like to have accurate information in my inventory app so if I enjoy a new cigar, I know what to order more of.
