Chef Knives Recommendations
We have a decent set but I am contemplating splurging on some really nice ones. It's interesting, the cooks in my restaurant recommend anything from inexpensive ("you'll misplace them anyway") to very expensive ("your tools make the difference").
I've looked at a couple of Japanese brands but currently am E s'mores with hammerstahl. Any recommendations from our gourmets here?
