A Hats Off Tribute to BigO

I've been cooking steaks the way Jason posted here ever since he posted it. Family and friends have repeatedly commented that it is the best steak that they ever had. I've kept the CW post in my grilling cookbook all of these years and pulled it out tonight, and the post was from 2004.
LOVE this place, and thank you Jason!
