The first thing you notice about this cigar is it's round instead of pressed like the Gold Lable Exodus. I smoked the robusto a 5x52.

Prelight - This is the first criollo wrapper cigar i've smoke so I wasn't sure what to expect. Well constructed, very firm with no soft spots. Medium brown wrapper, very smooth feeling,no veins noticed. Prelight draw gave a light tobacco taste with a hint of wood. The wrapper had a silky feel on the lips, is this a trait of this wrapper?
Burn - Draw was just right for me, not to firm or to easy. I noticed a black ring where the wrapper met the ash during the smoking of this cigar. The burn was razor sharp and never needed touchup or a relight.
Ash - The color of the ash was a speckled black and dark gray. Firm, stayed on for an inch and a half before I tapped it off. No flaking.
Flavor - I was expecting a really robust, full bodied smoke. The first 5-6 puffs produced a nice mild, mellow flavor with a little sweetness. I like this and thought how nice a surprise this was. I don't know if it was me or the wrapper but again I couldn't get over how silky the wrapper felt to my lips. The flavor remined me of nuts and leather. At the beginning of the second inch the strength picked up a little to the medium range and also provided a vanilla and oak flavor. This combination was really enjoyable. Nice profile!
Overall - The Torano Silver was never harsh or unbearable. Just a nice medium cigar with good flavor. Now some might not like this cigar because it's not as robust as the Gold Lable Exodus, but I think it was a pleasant smoke. I just wish I could buy a box of these but I can't with Christmas and all. But I will find a tobaccoist that carries these and get 5-10 to hold me over until I can get a box. Give the Troano Exodus Silver an 8.5
