My wife’s family drove up from SanAntonio. I smoked two racks of spare ribs and a 14# prime brisket For 15 hours starting Saturday. Everything was Next level. No sides besides pickles and sliced onions. Just heated up a few left over ribs and few pieces of brisket from the point on the grill for breakfast

12.26#s of ribs $29.42
13.64# prime brisket $42.01

Here’s half of the point.

Ribs right before they were wrapped for 3 mo hours.
