Easter dinner
Well, that is one impact for me from this whole lock down thing. No special foods for Easter dinner. No rack or leg of anything.
Guess if I really needed to, it could be rack of squirrel or something but we'll probably celebrate with the left over pulled pork, baked sweet potatoes and aspergrass. Celebration is more of an attitude anyway, food is secondary. J.
