Sounds good. Found a good buy for shrimp last couple of weeks. Shrimp stir fry with brown rice tonight.

It was good but I fell asleep while eating it. Mussels very good. Asparagus stringy which is a thing with whie asparagus (roasting in butter was great, the butter browns and is so good). Aleppo pepper works well with a meaty fish.

tonight is a t bone, a salad and some potatoes. Wine is portuguese branco, its very good, Burgundian in character.

Thai green curry pork and jasmine rice tonight.

Bought some pork chops for shake and bake further in the week. The girls really like that. Even better when I make roasted garlic smashed red potatoes to go with it.
