Little Havana Overruns from Holt's are Probably at the top of my list. Fumadores (mixed-filler, DPG-made), and Cuba Aliados Originales, also at Holt's, are great value smokes as well.

Anything in the Puros Indios Viejo and Siembra De Oro lines are great bundle values IMO.
