Can't go wrong with Kell's - I love their food. Irish Sausage Rolls and a Deschutes Jubelale - yummy.

Yep, Horse Brass is still cigar friendly.

On a side note - they are opening a new cigar friendly restaurant in Portland. I think it is going to be called the Venue, specalizing in Cuban food. If any of you know where the old Billy Reeds was, it is going in that spot.
