If you run into low humidity issues with the fridge's existing cooling mechanism you might want to consider bypassing it and installing a simple peltier unit. Fridge's tend to be well insulated and I'll bet that a moderate sized peltier unit would keep the temp at @ 65 and you wouldn't have to worry about low humidity.
An extra benefit is that you would not need to put your humidor IN the fridge. Thow a few blocks of cedar in there and some beads and you are good to go. You'll have a lot more room in there for boxes of smokes.
