Damn mould

Apologies for my English spelling

I just went to get an RyJ Cedro Deluxe No2 to find all the cigars in the box with a fair bit of mould on them. I have removed as much as possible, but I'm wondering - should I remove the cedar sheet that they are wrapped in (the mould had actually come through on several of the cigars)? Also, can the mould spread to my other boxes in the humidor? I have checked the ones nearest to the infected box and they are fine, but if there is a danger of contamination I will quarantine them.

Any advice gratefully received.

Absolutely remove the cedar wrap. If the cigars were stored in their box, I'd remove that too. Mold spreads via spores. Most spores spread by contact but it's possible to be spread airborne. The box and the cedar wraps undoubtedly have spores in/on them.

I'd also let the cigars dry a little (a day or two). Inspect them and wipe them down. And then stick them in a ziplock before putting them back in the humidor.

I'd go with what smoker06 says

So, toss the cedar and the box - that makes sense. Would putting them in a ziplock after a couple of days restrict the airing out process? Would putting them in a slightly bigger container be better, since there would be a little more air flow?

That's probably a good idea. My point was to isolate those cigars from the rest. Separate humidor would be much better than a ziplock.
