Wings and Blue Cheese

All Blue Cheese dressing is not equal. I enjoy BC when I'm throwing back wings and if you eat at a dozen wing joints you get a dozen different levels of BC taste. And most are weak at best. I like a bold BC.

I was in Richmond (VA) a few weeks back and took my daughter to a local raunt neither of us had ever been. We ordered wings and it was the best wings I'd ever eaten. Perfectly fried.

Ever since I've have been on a wing bender eating wings ever chance I get. Now I'm wanting to perfect wings at home. Anyone have a good wing method and a great grocery store BC?
