So what's for Breakfast

Oíkos Triple 0 Greek yogurt (strawberry), banana, apple, English muffin.

Speaking of apples, I tried one I have not had before. They are called Cosmic Crisp apples. They are really crisp, and has some good tart to it. I really like them, probably good for cooking. Big flavor.

I tried those earlier this summer and I think they're better than the Fuji or Honeycrisps that are my go to apples. Yellow delicious are a lot harder to find with each passing year. No idea why.

Used a cauliflower pizza crust. Very thin layer of pizza sauce. Sauteed mushrooms and onions. Spread on crust and topped off with smoked blue and mozz

Leftover mushroom and onions went into my eggs this morning with shredded asiago on top.

2 grilled cheese sandwiches with smoked Gouda and Jarlsberg Swiss. On keto Hawaiian bread. I have no idea how they can make 0 carb bread, much less Hawaiian bread.
