Putting a fan in the Vicksburg

I have a Vicksburg that is jam packed with 'good' cigars and I was wondering if putting a small computer fan in there would help the air flow.

I keep it in the basement and the temp stays at around 65 and the Rh at around 67%. I have a Cigar Oasis in the middle/bottom, but it hardly ever runs so the fan doesn't come on very often (if at all). I cobbled togethor a fan and hooked it up to a transformer and there is enough room behind the CO for them to co-exist. I also put four 1" screws on the fan so it sits up nicely. I need to get some ribbom tape to really do it right.

I was thinking that maybe running this for 5-10 minutes a day would circulate the air and help the air movement in the humi.

On another topic; I keep my digital hygro's laying on the cigars in the topmost tray. Will this give me accurate readings? I really have no other place to put them, other than taping them to the top of the glass on the humi. That would look ugly.

TIA
