Quite a few of my ISOM's have green spots also. My '03 Monte 2's have the most. Must have just been the box I got. I've smoke quite a few of them and there are no burn problems, no off flavors or anything else negative because of the spots.
Don't worry about the spots. Smoke 'em and enjoy 'em!
