I detected the nuts when I allowed some of the exhaled smoke to enter my nose. It was subtle, but present.
I'm going to retract my mild comment. I stated that early one. I would say that it's definitely medium, but not more than that. One thing I should add is that when I opened it the wrapper had a nice oily feel to it. That's always a good sign.
