Picked up this cigar a few months ago and saw it and knew it was time to try it...I'm glad I did.
Prelight - Nice looking choclate sun grown wrapper. No blems and smelled sweet. Firmly packed and cut easily. Lit nicely .
Taste. This cigar tasted great. Walnut, leather which produced a sweet flavor. This cigar surprised me. Not strong or overpowering, medium strength, and delicious.
Ash - Light gray, not very firm and fell off easily.
For a cigar this inexpensive it is well worth the money. The draw was a little tight, but I didn't use the dry box I just picked it out of the humy and smoked it. So it might have been a little moist. Anyway really enjoyed this cigar give it a 8.5.

Hooko, are you referring to "The Cigar" by Perdomo? If so, I agree. They are a great cigar.

Thanks for the review, I have been wanting to try these because I like almost all of the Perdomo products I have tried. Now I'll have to get motivated to find a couple.

Must have gotten two bad ones. Tight draw and both samples ran terribly.

Nice review, Hooko. I won 5 torps from Cigarbid about 2 months ago, now you got me anxious to try one. Pretty rough looking though, I must say.
