The best part of working in a homebrew shop is...
When happy customers bring you a wee dram to sample. We have a couple regulars who stop in with a bottle every few weeks, it's always a pleasure to try things out. We had a bottle of scuppernong wine the other week after closing that was AMAZING. Super sweet and very alcoholic but it went down a treat.
The not so best part is when they bring you a bottle saying "This tastes funny, will you drink it and see what's wrong?"
