I was looking for a small humidor as a birthday gift for a starting smoker and ordered one online from Tampa Humidor. It showed up with a small flaw in the finish on the top of the box--perfectly acceptable if I were going to use it myself as a traveldor but not as a gift. Since I needed a replacement real quick, I called them and explained the situation and told them to send me another one and charge my card and then credit my account when they got the flawed one back. They would have none of that! They said that they would expedite a new one and include a pre-paid shipping label for the return of the old one. The new one arrived yesterday along with the pre-paid shipping label. I recommend doing business with these folks.
