Wierd orange goo?

Had a package come in today, two of the cigars are in cello in cofin. One of the cigars however seems to have a tacky orange goo of sorts on the cello. These are Don Ramons so they're wellllllllll aged (the cellos almost yellow) so i'm curious if this goo is just an incredable amount of secreted tabaco oils or should I be worried?
