PPG spill question?

I have a cheap desktop I keep at work with a cheap round black humidifier. When I received this new humidifier about a month ago I put a 50/50 mix of distilled water and PPG in it. Well it's been about five weeks and my humidity has been decreasing a bit so I added some distilled water ONLY to the humidifier this morning. I let it sit for a bit and then turned it upside down and wiped the excess water off it. Checked it about thirty minutes later and a bunch came out of it and dripped on a few of my cigars.

My question is this. Are the cigars still good or will the potential traces of PPG make me sick if I smoke them My instincts tell me to throw them away but I thought I would get a few thoughts.

Thanks for any feedback!

Scott
