Taking the Plunge -- What Homebrew Kit to Buy????

Well my addiction to good quality beer has finally gotten the best of me and I have decided that I need to try to make some of me own. I have located a homebrew shop near my house and they offer 3 starter kits of equipment. Below I have listed what they all cost and what they include. To all of the homebrew masters out there:
-Which of these will adequately suit my needs?
-I have never tried this before
-I have a small kitchen, though plenty of extra room other wise for bottling, etc.
-I can afford the most expensive one, but I want to make sure that it's not unnecessary before I drop that much money.
-Which, if any, of these kits is most appropriate for starting out? If there isn't one that is a good value/appropriate, perhaps you can steer my in another direction.
-Is there anything else besides ingredients that I would need in addition to the appropriate kit?
