I had purchased a Solo Slim Laser lighter earlier this year from Mhotek and had been using it quite a bit. Two weeks ago as I was starting to fill it with fuel, part of the adjustment wheel broke off. So I pulled out the warranty card that came with the lighter, filled it out, packaged the lighter up and mailed it last saturday back to Solo.
Yesterday, I find a package from Solo in my mailbox with a new lighter and carrying pouch. One week turn around, not bad in my book!
