Hi,

I have recently bought a humidor from what I thought was a reputable shop, however now that it is home, I find that it will not hold the humidity.

The small hygrometer on the front shows between 70 - 80 but then it always has, but when I put in a digital humidor (I have two and both read the same) the humidity is about 50 - 60. I have tried a few things, like trying to improve the seal. It’s a square box, with a shelves and a clear plastic front. The seal does feel good, and seems to work, but I like my cigars to be at 70 + (a little more moist than some).

Does anyone have any suggestions, other than taking back, as that is not possible???

Would really appreciate your help.
