Phillies!

Two and half weeks ago, the Phils were 11 1/2 out and all they could hope for was a wildcard.

Now, they are 4 1/2 out and the hottest team in baseball (well, Arizona's hot, too).

Best young staff in baseball. Hopefully Millwood will show the way for Myers, Duckworth, Padilla and Randy Wolf to survive the pressure of a pennant drive. But one through five, there isnt a staff I'd take right now over them.

And they're winning despite Burrell's .200 and Bell's .210 averages. When those bats awake...
