I love this team. Each game, they create new ways to lose. Take today's loss for example. Top of the ninth, game tied 3-3. Tigers have runners at 1st and 2nd with one out. Bobby Higginson at the plate. Hits a liner toward right field. The second baseman catches and doubles the runner at second who took off. No runs.

Bottom of ninth. Lead off man hits a grounder down third base side. Second baseman gloves it deep in the hole and throws the ball away. Winning run on second no outs. Next batter bunts. The fielder fires to first but hits runner in the back. Winning run crosses plate. Tigers lose
4-3.

Tigers are 1-16.
