Office Gedunk
This past week at work in our gedunk (coffee mess/kitchen) area someone brought a cake for all to enjoy. It happens regularly folks bring in seasonal veggies and fruits, cakes, pies chillis and the like.
This time was an Apple Cider Doughnut Bundt Cake. Damn it was good. It had an apple cider glaze over a cinnamon and sugar topping. I like most things apple, Apple pie is my one seed come birthday time. I went on the internets this weekend looking at a number of recipes and combined several to my liking. I made it this morning.
