RIP Jim McKay
A true television pioneer. I'll never forget his coverage of the Lake Placid Winter Games.
Many will remember his coverage of the 1972 Games and the murder of the Israeli athletes. I was too young to remember that, but Jim McKay was the voice of the Olympics (Winter or Summer) as long as I can remember. Hail fellow, well met!
