Any word or rumor on whether or not the Willie's, Roaf and Shields, are going to retire this offseason?

I hope they dont because that offense has one more great season in them and the dee will be better. PLus, all their hard non-division games are at home (seattle, jax, cincy, balt) with pitt the only tough road game (with games at miami, clev, arz, stl).
