No to shootouts. Allow PS' in regulation, but not to decide the game.

Take out the Red Line. I've seen WAY too many quality scoring chances go to hell after a two line call.

Move the net back a foot from where it is now. So people can't camp behind it, but can still make plays. Make the zone bigger.

Allow the goalies to be free game if they come out to play the puck. One goalie (Andrew Raycroft) was saying that there are some really good stickhandlers, and why penalize them for that part of their game, but if there was a chance of getting drilled if they came out to play it, they would be a little bit more aware of the game instead of relying on the refs to protect them.
