Did I do it right??

I am concerned about my humidistat being calibrated so I did the damp washcloth test & it read 95% on the nose. I then did the salt test, 1 teaspoon of salt & several drops of water to moisten it, let sit for ten hours in a zip lock bag. I put two hydrometers in, 1 is my credo analog from my desk top humi, 2 is my Oregon Scientific digital. After test my analog was on the button at 75 % & my digital was only 66%. Should I accept this test the first time, or run it again?
