Why? Any particular reason for it? Health concern or the cigar will not smoke well?
Health concern and taste concerns. First and foremost, though I don't know it would cause any issues, I simply can't see drawing on a cigar that most likely has mold growing inside of it. Something about the possibility of breathing in mold spores you know? Further, even if that really isn't an issue, I can't imagine that burning said mold isn't going to change the taste of the cigar.
