Cigar Beetle papers - need your help

I am in the process of doing some research to get definitive answers about the freezing to kill beetle eggs question. I have listed some journal citations below that I need help finding. No luck online, these are all too old and have not yet been digitized. I'm hoping some guys in college towns will print out this list and the next time you are at your University library you can do a quick check to see if these journals are in the stacks. I need to find these papers before I start doing freezing experiments in my lab with beetle eggs. My hope is to have a final scientific answer about this within a few months.
Thanks for your help.
