The best album cover
My vote goes to "Misplaced Childhood" by Marillion.

Wow, someone else who's heard that album! 'Tis an alltime favorite of mine....
As for best album cover, I can think of a few I love. "Led Zeppelin III", in vinyl, as it had the cool rotating disk. Almost any Yes cover done by Roger Dean - awesome artwork. I love the cover of "Rift" by Phish as well.

The Smoker You Drink, the Player You Get
The plane was cool - not that the artwork is great - but understanding the title of the album is a state of mind. |

I was going to put El Loco under the worst. Good album, bad cover IMO.
