Short review of Gispert maduro robusto
Had this tonight in man land in the attic of my house with water. Very nicely constructed. Nice looking wrapper, with a regular color maduro look. Very earthy. Villazon taste. Don't know if that's where they are from, but if you like their stuff, you will like this. Just a little bit of cinnamon. Pretty full flavored, but doesn't hit you with a nicotine punch. Held an ash like a mofo. Didn't have any flaking at over two inches. Pretty one dimensional, but it's a good taste. Very good for an every day cigar. I think these are pretty reasonable in price. I wouldn't probably buy a box, but I would pick up a few at a time at a shop to have around. A solid 3.5 to 4. Remember, I don't give anything a 5 pretty much. 4.5 is like the best cigar I've ever had. A 5 would change my life.
