Lighting your cigar

I'm sure this has been discussed before but indulge me. As I am finding out with cigars there is more than one way to skin a cat. So I'm curious as to how people light their cigars. I've read many cigar 101's at web sites and they are all different. Some say don't let the flame touch the cigar, another says put that flame right up to it etc.

So with that in mind how do you light your cigar?
